Freeze on Application.UpdateScene when scrolling in Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "case_1239379" and scene "Test"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Scroll with the mouse up and down repeatedly
--observe editor freeze
Reproducible with: 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2018.4.22f1 (errors)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.8.0-preview.8, 0.9.1-preview.15, 0.10.0-preview.6
Could not test with package versions: 0.7.0-preview.19 (errors)
