Forward+ Rendering Path causes flickering when used with Shader Graph that has a Reflection Probe node
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test F+“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity”
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: Cube GameObject does not flicker
Actual result: Cube GameObject flickers irregurarly
Reproducible with 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1 (Forward+ Rendering Path is not available)
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.3.1

The bug returned in Unity 6000.1.0f1, Forward+ and Lit Shader Graph shaders, produce flickering in reflections
