Folder title case is ignored on creation when Native Plugin is in same directory
Reproduction steps:
1. Download "webrtc_unity.zip" project and open in Unity
2. Right-click Assets and select Create -> Folder
3. Name the folder "WebRTC"
Expected: folder is created with a name "WebRTC" in Project tab
Actual: folder is created with a name "webrtc"
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0a2; 2018.1.0f1; 2018.2.0a9
Not reproduced on: 2017.4.1f1; 2018.1.0a1
Regression introduced in: 2018.1.0a2
