Fog shader doesnt work on WebGl
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "DemoWalk" Scene
3. Notice that in Game view there is fog
4. Build and launch WebGl application
5. Notice that screen is pink
6. Turning the fog off ("T" key) makes the game look normal again
