FocusController returns ListView as focusedElement when TextField is focused
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Click the "test" input field
4. Observe the console window
Expected outcome: "TextField" is returned
Actual outcome: "ListView" is returned
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a10
Reproduced on: MacOS (Ventura 13.4)

Resolution Note:
After thorough investigation, we have determined that the behavior reported in the bug is as designed. However, to enhance functionality related to composite roots and focus management, it is on our roadmap to add new public API leveraging existing internal capabilities
