Floating VFX Preview Window runs at extremely low performance compared to docked Preview Window
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a Unity URP Project
# Install the Visual Effect Graph package via Package Manager
# Drag the attached VFX Graph to your assets
# Select the VFX Graph asset so the VFX preview displays
# Click play on the VFX Preview
# Observe that it plays the VFX smoothly without massive performance decreases or lag
# Click on the : menu and select 'Convert to Floating Window'
# Ensure the VFX is playing in the floating window
# Observe
*Actual results:* In the floating window, the VFX is extremely laggy. In-order to make it run faster, you have to constantly rotate the preview camera with your mouse cursor

*Reproducible with versions:* 7000.0.0a17, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.0.0b12
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.0b11, 2022.3.56f1, 2021.3.45f1
*Can't test with versions:* -
