Float field is broken when entering a negative value after highlighting
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “case IN-11417” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Select the “TestGO” GameObject
4. Enter any value in the “Float” Field in the Inspector
5. Highlight the value and enter a negative one
Expected result: Negative value is filled in the field
Actual result: When entering the “-” symbol, 0 is typed
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0a12
Reproduced on: macOS 12.3 (Intel)
