Flange Audio Effect is not not working after instantiation
Steps to reproduce:
Note: For this to repro you will need a microphone
1. Open attached project
2. Open 'MainMenu' scene (Assets/Scenes) and set the Game View resolution to '16:10 Portrait (10:16)' to see all the buttons clearly
3. Play the scene
4. Press the '+' icon
5. Press 'Pass and Play'
6. Select amount of players and press 'Continue' (this loads the PassAndPlay scene)
7. Press the red circle to start recording, record a phrase
8. Press the circle again to stop recording (Recording should playback now)
9. Swipe (click and drag) to the left to move to the next window
10. Find the 'DJ' button in the list of augments and select it, it will play your recording with the effect applied (It should sound extremely wavey with the flange effect, if it sounds normal, the effect is not working)
Note: If you open the 'Audio Mixer' window, select the 'DJ' mixer group, click 'Edit in Playmode' and change the Depth or Rate value of Flange effect a bit, the Flange effect starts to work (even if set back to original values). 'Alien' effect also uses Flange, but tinkering with the DJ's Flange effect does not make Alien's to work (for that, you have to change 'Alien' Flange effect values). On further plays, the Flange effect seems to be instantiated normally. After closing/reopening the project, the issue will reappear.
