First asynchronous call is returned immediately when using Async Await
Reproduced on:
1. Download "AsyncAwaitTest-master.zip" project and open in Unity
2. Enter Play mode
Expected: "1 2 3 4 5" is printed in the console
Actual: "1 1 2 3 4" is printed in the console
Reproduced on: 2018.2.2f1; 2018.3.0a7
Note:
"1 2 3 3 4" is printed on 2018.1.9f1
"1 1 2 3 3" is printed on 2017.4.8f1
"1 1 2 3 5" is printed on 2017.2.3p3
"1 2 3 5 6" is printed on 2017.1.5f1
