[FBX Exporter] FBX Exporter doesn't export BlendShapes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "fbxexportbug.zip" project
2. Select "NPC1-StdF" Game Object in the Hierarchy
3. "GameObject" -> "Export to FBX..." -> "Export"
4. Open the exported FBX file in "Autodesk MotionBuilder"
5. Select "CC_Base_Body"
6. "Window" -> "Add Property View"
7. Notice that there is no "Shapes" tab
Expected Result: FBX is exported with Blendshapes
Actual Result: FBX is exported without Blendshapes
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a5, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.1.5f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2018.3.14f1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.28f1 (No PackMan)
