"Failed to read a chunk of type: Cell. Skipping the chunk" error is thrown when creating a Sprite with a modified Z-index in Aseprite then importing the Asset into a Project
How to reproduce:
1. Open Aseprite
2. Create a Sprite and change the Z-index in any Cell
3. Create and open a new Unity Project
4. Import the Aseprite asset into the Unity Project (Via drag-and-drop)
5. Observe the Console window
Reproducible with: 1.1.2 (2022.3.22f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 14.4.1 (M2)
Notes:
- CQA was not able to attempt to reproduce the issue, Aseprite is needed to reproduce said issue.
- The Reporters original description: “If a cel has a z-index, it spits out the error "Failed to read a chunk of type: Cell. Skipping the chunk. " and the animation will behave unexpectidly.”
- The Reporters original reproduction steps: “In Aseprite, inspect any cel and change the z-index, then try to import it by dragging it into the asset folder”
