Exporting package window doesn't update when trying to open it again after selecting a different Asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case-1337283.zip)
2. Go to Assets -> Export Package... (or right-click anywhere in the Project window and select Export Package)
3. In the Project window select any Asset (for example, the 'Export test' Scene) without closing the Exporting package window
4. Go to Assets -> Export Package... one more time
Expected result: the Exporting package window updates the Items to Export list
Actual result: the Exporting package does not update
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a17
Workaround:
Close the Exporting package window after step 2
