Exported package when imported is missing assemblies
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and import the attached “Assets.zip” to the Assets folder
2. Select _TectumDGE/TileMaster folder
3. Click Export Package
4. Delete every file
5. Import the newly created package
6. Observe the Console
Expected result: No assemblies are missing.
Actual result: Warnings of missing assemblies (TectumDGE.Common.Shared not found) are shown in the Console.
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b16
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2023.1.0a24 (Errors and missing assemblies in custom scripts)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 11.6.5 (Intel)
