[Windows] Multiple Separation Lines are present in the Light Create Menu
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a Universal 3D Project
# Right-click in the Hiearchy and open the Light Create Menu
# Observe the Menu separation lines below the option "Reflection Probe"
*Actual results:* 2 Separation lines are present in the Light Create Menu one after the other
*Expected results:* A single separation line is present
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.1f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11 (Reproducible), macOS Sonoma M1 (Not Reproducible)
