Exported content and columns are mismatched in csv
Reproduce steps:
# Open the attached project
# Go to My String Table try either export csv or csv with comment
Actual result: contents are populated in wrong columns
2020.4/localization 1.1.1/1.2.1
My guess is some of the locale generated are not included in the string table and csv generation use a column count with those locales considered.
