ExitGUIException is thrown when PopupWindow.Show is called from GenericMenu
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1056316.zip" project
2. Press Example -> Popup Example in the top menu bar
3. Press Popup Options -> Show Popup in the recently opened EditorWindowWithPopup
4. Observe the ExitGUIException in the Console window
Expected result: no exceptions are thrown when opening PopupWindow from GenericMenu
Actual result: ExitGUIException is thrown when opening PopupWindow from GenericMenu
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.3.0a4

also happens with EditorWindows when they are static or local fields (MenuItemAttribute)
