Exceptions thrown from the Oculus package when opening Profiler (Standalone Process) window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "StandaloneProfilerBugs.zip"
2. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler (Standalone Process)
3. Observe Profiler’s Console
Expected result: No exception in the console
Actual result: “System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException” is thrown
Reproduced with: 3.3.0 (2023.2.0a14), 4.0.0 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3)

Resolution Note:
Cancelled fixes to 4.0.0 and 3.3.0, as these are old ports that are no longer supported or maintained.
Current available Oculus package versions are:
3.4.1 (2021.3 eLTS only)
4.4.0 (all other branches)
The fix is present in both of these versions.
Please upgrade to 3.4.1 or 4.4.0.
