Escape key is not deleting the text in the Search bar in the Project window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project window, type anything in the Search bar
3. Click anywhere to unfocus the Search bar
4. Click on the Search bar again to select the text in it
5. Press the Escape key
6. Observe the Search bar
Expected result: The text is deleted
Actual result: The text is not deleted
Reproducible with: 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Also reproducible without unfocusing the Search bar, but the reproduction is not consistent
