Error Pause setting gets disabled and not enabled again after running tests in Test Runner
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's project "ErrorOnPauseLost.zip"
2. In the Console window click on "Error Pause" to enable it
3. In the Test Runner window, select "PlayMode" and click on "Run All" (If Test Runner is not open, you can find it in Window/General/Test Runner)
4. Notice that while Test Runner is running, "Error Pause" becomes disabled
5. Wait for Test Runner to stop
Expected result: "Error Pause" gets enabled again after Test Runner runs its tests
Actual result: "Error Pause" stays disabled after Test Runner runs its test
Reproducible with: 1.1.19 (2021.1.0b4), 1.1.20 (2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1), 1.1.22 (2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.31f1 (Test Framework package is not available)
