Error 'No texture data available to upload' when making a WebGL build
Repro steps:
1. Have a LEGO microgame on 2019.4 LTS version (e.g. 2019.4.15f1)
2. Start 'Build and publish' tutorial
3. Make a build and publish it by following tutorial
4. In console observe 'No texture data available to upload' error
Update, new simplified repro:
1. have Tutorials window open and make sure it's playing video
2. switch platform
3. observe the error
