Error "APIUpdater encountered some issues..." appear when using script updater on script with unsafe code
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new project.
2. Make a script with unsafe code.
3. Run script updater on it.
Expected result: Script updater will work fine.
Actual result: Error "APIUpdater encountered some issues and was not able to finish." appear,
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b1.
