Entering values into value fields in the Inspector window is delayed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Hierarchy create a 3D Object (Right click>3D Object>Cube)
3. In the Inspector window change the Scale value
Expected result: Scale is changed quickly
Actual result: Scale changing is delayed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
