EnhancedTouch is still registering subsequent Stationary/Moved events when screenshot popup appears
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "MyInputTest.zip"
2. Add "MyInputTest" Scene to build
3. Build and Run to device
4. When app loads, select "NEW EnhancedTouch" button and perform a touch on the screen keeping the finger touching the screen all the time
5. The screen will display the information of the current touch event, then take a screenshot and wait for the screenshot popup to timeout while the finger is still touching the screen
Expected Result: touches are cleared as the screenshot overlay is considered that the app goes into background and the next touch should start in Began phase
Actual Result: EnhancedTouch is still registering subsequent Stationary/Moved events
Reproducible with: Input System 1.3.0 (2021.3.0f1), Input system 1.7.0 (2021.3.36f1), Input System 1.8.1 (2022.3.22f1, 2023.2.16f1, 6000.0.0b13)
