"EndLayoutGroup: BeginLayoutGroup must be called first" error is thrown when manually saving changes to Prefab after renaming it
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "case_1284799-Prefab-Rename-SoftLock" project
2. Open the Scene view (Window->General->Scene)
3. Double click on the "Prefab" Asset in the Project window to open it
4. Make sure that the Prefab Auto Save is unchecked (at the top right of the Scene view)
5. In the Project window select and rename the "Prefab" Asset to "a"
6. Select the Prefab in the Hierarchy
7. In the Inspector set the Transform Component Position x value to 1
8. At the top of the Scene view press the "Save" button
9. When a window pops-up select the "Rename File" option
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: The "EndLayoutGroup: BeginLayoutGroup must be called first." error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.0b8
Notes:
- At the 9th step any choice will lead to the same result
- Not reproducible on Mac

I'm getting this error when extracting Materials from FBX models imported from Blender. Unknown if other models are affected.
