Element UI disappears when dragging off the last or second element from the list in the Inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ListView Bug”
2. Open the “Assets/Scene/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Select the “Main Camera” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Drag the last element above the ListView in the Inspector window
Expected result: No abnormal behavior is observed
Actual result: UI element disappears
Reproducible with: 2022.2.14f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9, 2023.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a1, 2023.2.0a8
Reproduced on: Intel MacOS Ventura 13.1
