Element UI disappears and NullReferenceException is thrown when dragging off the last or first element from the list in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “ListView Bug” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Select the “Main Camera” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Drag the last element below the ListView in the Inspector
Expected result: No abnormal behaviour is observed
Actual result: Last element UI disappears and NullReferenceException is thrown when clicking on it
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.2f1
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
