EditorUtility.SaveFilePanel does not return a virtualized path
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("PathRepr.zip")
2. Load "Sample Scene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Save the asset
5. Notice the SaveFilePath logged in the Console
Expected results: EditorUtility.SaveFilePanel returns a virtualized(local) path
Actual results: EditorUtility.SaveFilePanel returns an absolute path that can break package functions
Reproducible with: 2018.431f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4
