EditorGUIUtility.PingObject fails to show its animation when scene is expanded in hierarchy
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project named "_PingBug.zip"
2. Go to Tests->PingBug.
3. Press "Buggy" button.
- it fails to show the animation in "Hierarchy"
Workaround:
"Fail proof" button has "EditorApplication.DirtyHierarchyWindowSorting();" method in the script which fixes not appearing animation problem.
If the scene is minimised(see in a GIF) animation is played the first time button "Buggy" is pressed.
Problem: EditorGUIUtility.PingObject fails to show its animation in the hierarchy.
Current result: Ping animation not playing when the button "Buggy" is pressed.
Expected result: Ping animation should play when the button "Buggy" is pressed.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0f3,5.3.5f1,5.2.3p3
