1. What happened
[Editor::UI] Enabling disabling an image UI component causes redraw issues and loads incorrect image
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
Launch the attached project
Load StartScene and then expand UI game object
Select the image game object in it and from the inspector disable it
NOTE: The image is replaced by a different image like a button
Now enable again
NOTE: There are a lot of redraw issues in the Game view as well as in the scene view
