Editor text is blurry when Verdana is set as the preferred Editor font and smoothing/anti-aliasing is disabled in the OS

How to reproduce:
1. Disable font smoothing and anti-aliasing settings in your operating system
2. Create and open a new project
3. Make sure to have Verdana set as the preferred Editor font
4. Open 'Preferences' window and the 'General' tab

Expected result: 'General' text is clear
Actual result: 'General' text is blurry

Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a4, 2020.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0a2 (Verdana font not available)

    @Servail the bugfix comes in 2020.2.2f1, as stated in the resolution notes above.

    Not fixed! Still an issue in 2020.2.1f1 Win7x64!

    I'd suggest adding an option "Font Smoothing" in the editor preferences, so clear text could be chosen regardless the OS setting. As similar example, Blender has such option.
