Editor slows down when editing Cloth Self/Inner Collision points
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "ClothSimBlender" project
2. In Hierarchy select Mesh_Cape object and add Cloth Component
3. In Inspector Assign "rig" as Root Bone of Skinned Mesh Renderer
4. Under Cloth Component open Cloth Self/Inner Collision editor
Expected result: Editor does not lag upon opening Cloth Collision editor
Actual result: Editor slows down and navigating in Scene is extremely choppy
Reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a10
Note: Clicking "Paint" option in the collision editor and then clicking "Select" again makes the collision points disappear
