[Editor] Player Settings don't expand when clicking on the arrow
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Go to Player Settings
3) Click on the arrow to expand any of the settings
Result: settings menu will not expand
Expected result: Player Settings should expand once clicked on the arrow (check attached video "expected.mp4")
Actual result: Player Settings don't expand (check attached video "actual.mp4")
