Editor Menus text doesn’t update when Switching Editor language back to English
Steps to reproduce:
- Make sure that the Language Modules are installed via Unity Hub
- Create a Unity project
- Go to Unity > Settings...
- In the Preferences window select > Language > Editor language and change it to one of the downloaded experimental languages (doesn’t matter if it’s Chinese or Japanese)
- Observe the Editor Menus or top bar (menus language is changed without restarting the Editor)
- Go back to Preferences window and change Editor language back to English
- Observe the Editor Menus or top bar again
Actual results: Editor Menus language are not fully updated to English language when switching Editor language without project restart
Expected results: Editor Menus language are updated to English language without restarting Editor
Reproducible with versions:
2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.37f1
Can’t test with versions:
6000.1.0b5 (Languages Module installation fails - [https://jira.unity3d.com/browse/HUBX-1237]),
6000.2.0a1 (Language Modules are not available in Unity hub - cannot download Language packs)
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.2 (M1 Max), Windows 10

Resolution Note:
We will track this bug for future work on menus. It's something that at present doesn't have the impact that would prioritize it over more impactful issues.
