Editor gives new pivot point for imported fbx, but old pivot is used during runtime
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Run testScene
3. Drag object in game view
4. Notice that pivot near the outer edge of the object
5. Open Scene view
6. Notice that pivot point is in center
Expected result: Pivot should be in the center of the object
Reproducible: 5.5.0b2, 5.4.1f1, 5.3.6p4, 5.1.3p3
