Editor freezes when redirecting Unity logs to custom logger
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "InputLoggingReport" project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene"
3. Press Play
4. Observe the results
Expected results: Unity Editor enters Play Mode successfully
Actual results: Unity Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 1.0.16(2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 1.2.0-exp.6(2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1)
