Editor freezes when closing the Preset window on Terrain data
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Create a new Terrain GameObject in the Hierarchy window (Right-click -> 3D Object -> Terrain)
3. Select the "New Terrain" Asset in the Project window
4. Press the Preset button in the Inspector window
5. Close the Preset selection window
Expected result: Preset selection window closes
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2021.2.0a21, 2020.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18
