Editor freezes when building a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Go to File > Build Settings > Build
3. Go to Player Settings > Publishing Settings and uncheck “Custom Keystore” checkbox
4. Go back to Build Settings and Build for Android
Expected result: Build finishes
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a18
Reproducible on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (M1), Windows 10

Resolution Note:
The callstack is coming from a different software component, so moved the ticket to a different issue tracking system within Unity. Unfortunately the resolution list does not offer an appropriate option for this case so using "Third Party Issue".
