Editor freezes when "{0}" is used with some non-Latin characters in Logging
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “logging_repro.zip“ project
2. Open the “New Scene“
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor continues to run
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 1.0.8 (2023.1.7f1), 1.0.11 (2022.3.6f1, 2023.2.0b3)
Could not test with: 0.5.1 (2021.3.29f1) (errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
