Editor freeze due to showing preview packages when staging package repository is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1123022_repro.zip" project
2. Once it opens, wait for the "Loading packages..." process in the Package Manager window to finish
3. Try clicking on some package labels in the Package Manager
-- Editor freeze
Alternative steps:
1. Open the user-provided project
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Make sure that "Show preview packages" is not enabled
4. In the project directory, open "Packages/manifest.json" file
5. Add the following line: "registry": "https://staging-packages.unity.com"
6. Save the file
7. Return to Unity Editor
8. Reopen the Package Manager window
9. Enable the "Show preview packages" option

Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a15, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a2, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with - 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
