Editor crashes when removing elements in the Localization package tab
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and add the Localization package to it (Edit the package manifest.json file by adding this line in the include list: "com.unity.localization": "0.7.1-preview")
2. Open the Project Settings Window, go to the Localization tab and create a new Localization settings file
3. Expand the String Database -> Smart Format -> Sources fields and select "List Formatter" by the field's title
4. Press the "-" button to remove the element
Expected result: List Formatter element is removed without issues
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduces in: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0a16
Not reproducble in: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.1.3f1, 2019.4.8f1
