Editor crashes when opening TerrainDemoScene from "Unity Terrain - HDRP Demo Scene"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Assets/TerrainDemoScene_HDRP/Scenes/TerrainDemoScene
Expected result: Scene is opened
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1 (could not downgrade the project)
Notes:
-only reproducible with DX12
-the Scene View windows has to be open for project to crash
