Editor crashes or "Thread group size must be above zero" is thrown when RenderTexture Size is 15x15 or below
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "BBTracker.zip" project
2. Open the "Test Device" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.27f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.10f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.8f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17)
Notes:
- The issue is not reproducible in Built-In RP
- The issue is not reproducible in URP
- Editor crashes when RenderTexture Size is 8x8 or below
