Editor crashes on vk::DataBuffer::CreateResource during import process when using Vulkan graphics API
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "eden_F1Mobile2.zip" from the Google Drive link
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 (Errors when downgrading)

Notes:
-Testing on different versions resulted in different output stack traces
-Different stack traces were outputted when testing on the same version
-If the issue doesn't reproduce, delete the Library folder and open the project again
