Editor crashes on Transform::GetTransformAccess when instantiating a prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open "Scene1" from user-supplied project
2. Start Play Mode
Expected result: Scene runs
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2019.2.16f1, 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a16
Notes: Does not happen in build
Notes: If not repro after first time entering PlayMode, try a few times more
