Editor crashes on GfxDeviceD3D12Base::DrawBuffersCommon when switching between Scenes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ('PFR_HDRP.zip')
2. Open the 'KT_A01' Scene
3. Open the 'KT_A02' Scene
4. Repeat from step 2
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a12, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a15
Not reproducible: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.2.0a11

Notes:
- Could not reproduce using DirectD11
- Doesn't seem like an HDRP issue (reproduces 2020.2.0a12 (8.1.0) but not 2020.2.0a11 (8.1.0))
- Having Game View open makes the crash easier to reproduce
