Editor crash when baking global illumination on Universal Render Pipeline
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. In Lighting Window, enable "Baked Global Illumination"
Expected result: Global Illumination is baked
Actual result: Editor crashes while baking
Reproducible with - , 2019.3.0a01, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.33f1 (No SRP), 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.8f1
Notes:
1) It does not crash 100% of the time. If it didn't crash, disable and enable "Baked Global Illumination" again
2) The same crash happens on Lightweight render pipeline before it was called Universal render pipeline

This is NOT a dupliate of https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/cpu-plm-editor-crashes-when-toggling-baked-global-illumination-checkbox-with-auto-bake-in-hd-and-universal-rendering-pipelines. The issue here is unrelated to auto-generate and happens during a normal bake session.
