[Editor] Crash on opening a new project while Unity is running
What happened:
The editor crashes on creating the new project while the editor is already running in the background, the crash frequency is more while naming new project with non-western characters.

Steps to Repo:
1. Open unity project > file > new project
2. Name project using non-western or western characters > create project
3. Observe editor crashes and bug reporter window opens-up also, the new editor instance launches successfully.
Frequency:
3/5 while using non-western characters for naming project
2/5 while using western characters for naming project
Actual Result:
New project opens-up along with bug reporter window for editor crash
Expected Result:
New project opens-up without any crash and without bug reporter window displaying
