Crash when creating a new project from an already opened project
1. Open Unity editor
2. Create a new project
3. As soon as the project is open select File -> New Project...
4. Press Create project (if the crash doesn't happen the first time repeat steps 2-4 for about 4-5 times)
Expected result: A new project is created and opened without bug reporter appearing
Actual result: Bug reporter appears (but the new project is also created and opened)
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.0b10, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a3, 2018.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.0a4, 2017.3.0a7, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0a6
Regression first introduced in: 2017.3.0b1
Notes:
In versions 2017.3.0a1, 2017.3.0a4, 2017.3.0a7 after creating a new file for approximately 5-10 times in a row, the editor does not open and a new project is not created (the process is shown running in the task manager)
Reproduces even if a new project is created in a different folder
Reproduces if project is created through File -> Open Project... -> New
Reproducible ~50%-75% of the time
