[Editor] Changing properties of multiple presets of "Tags & Layers" reflects in the Tags and Layers window in Project settings
When multiple preset files of "Tags & Layers" are created and then tags or layers are added in every preset file then all the tags and layers added in multiple presets appear in the "Tag & Layers" window in Projects Settings
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Tag and Layers
3. Create 3 preset of Tag and Layers
4. Project window > Tag Manager1 Preset > Inspector >Tags > (+)
5. Project window > Tag Manager2 Preset > Inspector > Tags > (+)
6. Project window > Tag Manager2 Preset > Inspector > Tags > (+)
7. Select Project window
Actual Result:
Changing properties of multiple presets of "Tags & Layers" reflects in the Tags and Layers window
Expected Result:
Changing properties of multiple presets of "Tags & Layers" should not reflect in the Tags and Layers window
