Edit Bounding Volume buttons are missing when GameObject contains a component with a missing script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IN-124212"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Select "player" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Observe Capsule Collider component in the Inspector
Expected result: Edit Bounding Volume button is shown in the Inspector and Scene Tools overlay
Actual result: Edit Bounding Volume button is missing
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Workaround: Removing the missing script from "player" GameObject
Note: Edit Bounding Volume button is also missing in Scene Tools overlay
